Who built this.

Alan S. Watson has spent forty years inside complex systems — computers, software, AI. The kind of work that rewards people who can sit with a problem until it resolves itself.

A lifelong student of self-help and self-improvement work, he came across Bentov’s protocol and felt the difference in his own nervous system within weeks.
