Refund Policy

The short version
If the Resonance Protocol isn't working for you, we don't want your money. We've built a clear, fair refund window into every product we sell. Most members never need it, but it's here when you do.
- Monthly and Annual memberships: 7-day money-back guarantee from your first charge.
- Lifetime Access: 14-day money-back guarantee.
- Paperback book: Ships on day 31 of an active subscription. If it arrives damaged, we'll replace it. We don't refund the book itself, because it's a member benefit, not a separate purchase.
- Cancel anytime: You can stop future billing at any time through your Stripe customer portal. Cancellation is not the same as a refund — it stops the next charge but does not return the current one.
That's the whole policy in plain English. The sections below explain the details.
How to request a refund
Email support@resonanceprotocol.app with:
- The email address you used at checkout
- Your order or receipt number (from your Stripe receipt)
- The product you purchased
- A short note — you don't need to justify it, but if something specific went wrong we want to hear about it
We process refund requests within 3 business days. Stripe usually returns the funds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after that, depending on your bank.
Refunds for active subscriptions also cancel the subscription. You won't be billed again.
Monthly Membership ($14.99/month)
7-day money-back guarantee on your first charge.
If you cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase and request a refund, we'll return the full $14.99. After day 7, the first month is non-refundable.
Accidental renewals. If your monthly subscription auto-renews and you didn't intend to continue, email us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we'll refund it in full. After 7 days from a renewal charge, the month is non-refundable, but you can cancel in the customer portal at any time to stop future billing.
Cancellation vs. refund. Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not refund the current month. If you want both — the refund and the cancellation — say so in your email and we'll handle them together.
Annual Membership ($79/year)
7-day money-back guarantee on your first charge.
If you cancel within 7 days of your initial annual purchase and request a refund, we'll return the full $79. After day 7, the annual term is non-refundable.
Accidental renewals. If your annual subscription auto-renews and you didn't intend to continue, email us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we'll refund it in full. After 7 days from a renewal charge, the year is non-refundable, but you can cancel in the customer portal at any time to stop the next renewal.
We do not pro-rate refunds for partial years used. After the 7-day window, the annual subscription runs its full term and then stops if you've cancelled.
Lifetime Access ($249 one-time)
14-day money-back guarantee.
Lifetime Access is a higher-commitment purchase, so we extend the refund window to 14 days. If you decide within 14 days of purchase that Lifetime Access isn't right for you, email us and we'll return the full $249.
After the 14-day window, Lifetime Access is non-refundable. You keep access for life, including all v2 features when they launch.
The Paperback Book
The paperback copy of Stalking the Wild Pendulum is a member benefit included with active U.S. memberships, not a separate product purchase. Here's how it works:
Day-31 ship trigger. Paperbacks ship after day 30 of an active subscription clears. If you cancel before day 30, no book is shipped — and that's by design. The book is a benefit for members who stay through the first month of the protocol.
Domestic only. Paperbacks ship to U.S. addresses only. International members at every paid tier (Monthly, Annual, Lifetime) receive full digital access to the protocol, but no physical book. International digital members get the same digital deliverables as U.S. members — the Companion Audio, the companion workbook PDF, the full audio session library, and all coherence practices.
Refund handling for the book.
- No refund on the book itself once it has shipped. The paperback is a benefit of the membership, not an itemized purchase.
- Damaged on arrival? Email us within 14 days of receipt with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no charge. We don't ask for the damaged copy back.
- Lost in transit? Same process. Email us, and we'll send a replacement once the carrier confirms non-delivery.
- If you refund your membership within the 7-day or 14-day refund windows above, we don't ship a paperback. The 7-day refund window for monthly/annual subscriptions closes well before the day-31 ship trigger, so this rarely creates conflict.
We're a small operation and we ship paperbacks ourselves, in batches. Please allow up to 2 weeks from your day-30 mark for the book to arrive.
Digital Content After a Refund
The audio sessions, companion workbook PDF, and coherence practices are digital files. Once they're downloaded to your device, they're yours.
If you receive a refund, we don't claw back files you've already downloaded. That would be both impractical and ungenerous, and we're neither. What changes after a refund:
- Your access to the membership portal is removed
- You no longer receive new content, updates, or v2 features when they launch
This is a practical reality, not a loophole. We trust members not to redistribute the content. (See the Terms of Service for the rules around content sharing.)
How to Cancel a Subscription
You can cancel any subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. We use Stripe-hosted billing, so cancellation is one click and takes effect immediately for the next billing cycle.
To access your customer portal:
- Open the original Stripe receipt you received at noreply@resonanceprotocol.app
- Click the "Manage your subscription" link at the bottom of the receipt
- From the portal, you can cancel, update your payment method, or download invoices
If you can't find your Stripe receipt, email us at support@resonanceprotocol.app with the email address you used at checkout, and we'll send you a fresh portal link.
Important: Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund past charges. If you want a refund as well, say so in your email and we'll handle both.
After cancellation, you'll keep access to the membership portal and all digital content through the end of your current paid period. For monthly memberships, that's the rest of the current month. For annual memberships, that's the rest of the current year.
Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe automatically retries over a 14-day grace period. During this window, your membership stays active and we'll email you to let you know there's a billing issue.
If the payment still hasn't gone through after 14 days, the membership cancels automatically.
Chargebacks
Please email us before initiating a chargeback through your bank. In nearly every case, we can resolve the issue faster than a chargeback can — usually within a single email exchange.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in the loss of access to the membership. Once a chargeback is filed, we lose the ability to handle it as a normal refund, and Stripe charges us a non-refundable fee whether we win the dispute or not. A friendly email saves both of us trouble.
Fraud and Abuse
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show signs of fraud or abuse — for example, repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles, requests after extensive use of the content, or requests outside the windows stated above. This is rare and we apply it carefully. The vast majority of refund requests are routine and we honor them without question.

Stripe transactional receipts come from noreply@resonanceprotocol.app. That mailbox is not monitored. Please don't reply to receipts with refund requests; they won't reach us.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Material changes will be communicated to active members by email at least 30 days before they take effect, and refund windows for any purchase made before the change will be honored under the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
